These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, developer platform, application programming interfaces (“API”), messaging, hosting, connectivity, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Veritris (“Veritris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2828 NW 57th Street #207, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or opting in to receive communications from us, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
Veritris provides developer and infrastructure services, which may include the Veritris Axiom developer platform and API, account provisioning, usage metering and billing, and related connectivity and support. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Access to certain features may require a paid plan, valid credentials, or completion of identity and provisioning steps.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk or legal exposure for us, our carriers, or other users.
Paid Services are billed according to the plan, order, or quote applicable to your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in advance, are non-refundable except as required by law, and may include usage-based charges. You are responsible for all taxes other than taxes on our net income. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the Services.
Program summary. Veritris operates an informational text-messaging program that sends account and service notifications to users who have opted in — for example, account provisioning confirmations, API usage and quota alerts, and billing and invoice notifications. These messages are sent from Veritris and its messaging providers.
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in — including when you sign up for the Service and agree to receive notifications — you consent to receive recurring automated informational and account-related text (SMS) messages from Veritris at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Veritris does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received.
You may cancel the text-messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or text-messaging consent with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and to operate the Service. Information may be shared with the messaging service providers that help us deliver the messages, solely for that purpose. Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Services, including all software, APIs, documentation, and content, are owned by Veritris or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services; you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the Services.
The Services may interoperate with third-party products and networks. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERITRIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veritris and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law or carrier requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
